The Cozy Sac is a great product if you are looking for a giant foam bag-chair. I'm actually sitting in it right now typing this review very comfortably after owning it for a little over a month.

I had no prior experience with any sort of foam bag-chair except for reviews online so I took the leap and went for something much cheaper than the oft compared LoveSac.

That being said, I am not disappointed at all! It came packaged in a well taped box, I would estimate it was a 2-foot cube, and it was rounded on all sides as if it were trying to escape. It is and was pretty heavy so the trip from my mailbox to my room was a little tough. I'm at college right now so I carried it a few hundred feet, your personal trip may differ greatly, just be prepared. Once it was in my room, I removed it from the box and the instructions were sitting right on top. Yes, there is a little assembly and time required before use. Basically you remove it from the two layers of plastic and put the outer (colored) bag around it. Then after about an hour of fluffing and rolling, the chair was at it's maximum size, I'm sure this takes quit a bit longer with no manual labor. Also, there is a smell that comes with a new Cozy Sac as with most new products, it isn't unpleasant or anything it just has that "new" smell. It does fade rather quickly but will be noticeable for the first day or two that it gets used.

I'm over 6-foot tall and have no problems sitting in this chair. The only points that I could take away are that it doesn't have it's own foot-rest like a recliner so that may be a future purchase of some sort. Granted, it is much more versatile than a recliner since there are countless ways to lay or sit in this and room for two people. As others have said, it is definitely suited to be used with an elevated or wall-mounted television. However I still use it everyday without one and often for television watching. Sometimes it takes a little creativity or a pillow or two for a head rest but more often than not I just skip that.

As far as holding its shape goes, the Cozy Sac does so very well. Once you get a little creative with your sitting positions and you find one you like, you can just let the chair conform to your body and it will stay that way. Once you are done with that position, you simply flip the whole chair over once or twice and it is back to maximum fluffiness. If you don't re-fluff it, the chair will stay whatever shape it was last sat in.

I am very satisfied with this product and several of my friends have expressed their satisfaction too as well as their desire to own one or several. As far as price point goes, Cozy Sac is currently the cheapest of any company I believe and the product is still very high quality. As for Amazon's price, it does get beat rather often but the other places wouldn't ship to me because of my campus P.O. box use. As recently as September 30th, eBay had a sale on these marking them down to $129 and as of October 3rd they are still $150. So, if you are patient or still can't pull the trigger on $180 they will get marked down at some point possibly even here.
