I recently purchased two of the 5 foot versions for use in upstairs and downstairs entertainment areas. They proved to be fantastic purchases and I'm absolutely happy with them, as are all the family members.

Pros:
Comfortable
Washable cover included
Durable (both inside and outside covers were extremely well stitched with double stitching, no worries about burst seams).
Pets and children absolutely love them.
Easy to reshape/refluff
Very well filled, neither unit was under-filled.

Cons:
Only one, the zipper device on the outside cover could be nested a little better but it's only a minor gripe.

Notes/Advice:
Has an odor at first, not unexpected because of the synthetic filler (this has completely faded after about a week).
The larger versions (5 foot or greater) are fairly bulky once fully expanded, and weight can be too much for some (smaller family members get around this by rolling them).
