I ordered 2 sets of dinnerware. One package was packed perfectly with lots of bubble wrap. The other was packaged very poorly with zero bubble wrap. Consequently, there was a broken dish in the poorly packaged box. Amazon told me to return the entire set so I called Los Angeles Pottery to see if they could just send a replacement dish. Los Angeles Pottery was very courteous and shipped a bowl to me immediately with little to no questions other than identifying the product. Very easy to work with and very courteous. Thank you Los Angeles Pottery!!!
