The chair arrived in good shape with all of the instructions included. It was simple enough to put together, my husband had it together in less than a half hour. It seems sturdy enough but occasionally makes noises when I move like it is going to collapse; although I am well under the weight limit. Other than that, it is okay for sitting for a short time but soon becomes uncomfortable and I need to put a pillow underneath me and against my back for comfort. For the price of the chair, I expected it to be more comfortable than it is but I am NOT going to return it at this point. I waited over a week to get it and I was without a chair until it arrived. However, next time I will go and personally TRY OUT THE CHAIR BEFORE BUYING and THEN order online so I won't have this problem. All in all ... it is a fairly good chair!!
