This is a very cheap wicker-type mat, like a door mat, not a rug. The product information says "Innately soft and durable". This mat is as soft as sandpaper attached to a brick. I won't walk on it in bare feet because I'm worried about getting a splinter or something. It also says there is a 100% cotton backing but there is no backing. It is already starting to flake apart so I doubt this will be durable. This would have been more fairly priced at maybe $30.
