I wanted something different on the deck this summer, so far it has managed to withstand the harsh sun in georgia for the last couple months. When it rains, it holds a lot of water. Ive had to hang the rug over the railing a couple times to let it dry, but it dries pretty fast. Its resistant to dampness and mildew being out there in the shade sometimes. I gave 5 stars because it was made with great quality and it covers a lot of area on the patio for the price.
