Our Super Soft Lambswool Throw is made from a finer grade of Lambswool to create softer version of our standard Lambswool Throws. I have been scrounging for a tartan for months. They were either too expensive or too ugly, or both. I finally narrowed it down and chose this throw and it is beautiful. The photo is accurate and the fabric is soft. The only reason, and it's silly, that I did not rate it 5 stars is because I believed I was getting a product made in Scotland, and the tag says "British Isles". After reading The Outlander series, I was hankering for a Scottish Tartan and I am cranky the tag wasn't specific to Scotland. And, no, I don't want to remove the tag. I want everyone to know I didn't just get it at Eddie Bauer or something.

Additional comment - November 12, 2011 - The company provided feedback about my comment a few months ago. Apologizing for my less than perfect experience. And I thought that was just swell. What thoughtfulness, I thought. And I was satisfied they recognized my small point about the label. WELL, you have to know, I was innocently looking through my snail mail today and found an envelope from Scotland! I opened it up carefully - because I had a wonderful hunch, and inside was a lovely letter from the same well-written gentleman that responded originally and not one, but TWO new labels proudly proclaiming Made In Scotland!! If that is not a stellar example of customer service, then I don't know what is. I only wish I could buy another 10 throws simply because the company is so concerned about customer satisfaction. Thank you so much!!
