First off, these things are huge! I didn't think they'd be as big as they were. I added these(3 total) as part of a master bath add-on. Strong, powerful sprayers. The whole thing spins 360 degrees, and since the sprayers are at a slight angle, you can pretty much get these to spray wherever you want(up, down, left, right within reason). They are heavy, made of metal and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design as there are multiple internal pieces/parts for installation.

IMPORTANT! You will need a plumber who understands how to get the most out of the body sprays. Most plumbers will not know how to put the piping together to get this to work right. I just happen to get a plumber who has done this type of install before. Basically what happens is, plumbers put one pipe to all 3 body sprays and the water is uneven. The top one will have less pressure and the bottom one will have the most pressure. My plumber had to make this crazy design to make sure all of the water pressure was even.

Bottom line, I would buy anything from Hansgrohe. Quality products that are well thought out.
