This Tool Set uses an Open Stand & "Long Shepherd's Hook" Tool Handles to quietly accentuate any hearth setting it inhabits. But as an extra touch, this features Square Rod construction with gracefully Twisted segments on the verticals of the Stand. And because this is created of Solid Steel, this 4-pc. Tool Set (including Log Tongs, Ash Shovel, Hearth Broom, & Log Poker) will be around to faithfully serve for many a year to come. Crafted in Europe & distributed by Minuteman International, one of the top names in Hearth Tools & Accessories. Stand measures 28" High x 11 1/4" Diameter Base. Crown is 9" in Diameter. Stand is made of 4 individual 3/8" Square Steel Rods. Each Strand runs from Crown to Foot & has an Open-body design. This is a very well made product that should last a lifetime. Sometimes you can tell quality just by holding it, and this is one of those times. The finish is excellent and welds look very strong. I used the tongs on some large maple logs and it handled them with ease. The stand is so strong that I think it would support my weight on each hook.
