My husband and I ordered four pieces of unfinished Little Colorado furniture, including the Storage Cubby, from Amazon and three Amazon merchants and decided to return everything due to the poor, unacceptable quality of the first two pieces of furniture we opened. The packaging of all four boxes arrived in good condition; however, boards were splitting and splintering on both the Treasure Chest and the Kid's Bookcase The bottom of the Treasure Chest was made from manufactured board, which was also splitting; and the holes were misaligned in the Kid's Bookcase. The returns made through Amazon and Wayfair were truly hassle free; however, we had some difficulty processing the returns through aBaby and LearnRight Toys - but in the end, everything was refunded to us.
