I ordered toner catridges from this company and first had them delivered who knows where since I never received them--someone did though. I had to pull the signer's information and tell them that there was no one at my company with the last name that had been signed. They said they would remail--the second batch I did actually receive and opened to find exploded toner cartridges inside. My desk is now covered in ink and I have written a scathing email to the company demanding a refund. I will keep you posted on whether or not they can even do that. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will never order from this company again.
