However, it is already beginning to pack down into ridges that are getting more and more difficult to re-fluff. Thus, we have to assume that it will continue on to permanent ridges and that will not be a high-rated product. We emailed the manufacturer for advice and were a little surprised to receive the following: "It does what you describe and that is normal. It still continues to benefit you however. If it's not going to work for you remember you have a 30 Day. Contact the e-tailer you purchased it from and return. Regards." We emailed again and asked for specific instructions and received the following response: "Try to hand vac. with the upholstery attachment. Regards." Thus, we have concluded that the manufacturer feels that the fleece packing down into hard ridges is "normal" and has few suggestions for really fixing the problem.
